Frequently Asked Questions

Is premium per-user or per-server?

Your purchase gives your Discord account Premium. In Server Dashboard > Premium, assign an unassigned subscription to one server for shared staff access and automation. Owners and administrators can use shared tools there; the owner can also select moderator roles. Ordinary members do not inherit Premium. Existing server subscriptions keep their coverage.

How quickly does premium activate?

Premium activates after Stripe confirms payment. Server settings normally reach the bot within a minute while it is connected. The Premium health panel shows connection and settings status; it does not mark an offline bot as synchronized.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time via the Stripe Customer Portal and you'll retain access until the end of your billing period.

Is the payment secure?

All payments are processed by Stripe - a PCI-compliant payment provider. We never see or store your card details. Stripe handles everything securely.
